Where are the classes located?
Our classes are hosted at Cherokee Rock Village located in Leesburg, Alabama. Situated atop Lookout Mountain, it features massive sandstone boulders, crags, and cliffs, with views of Weiss Lake.
What are the rates?
Our classes are six hours long and are available at a rate of $150 per person. This includes expert instruction, all necessary gear, and a fun, engaging experience that will help you build your skills and confidence on the rock. Whether you're looking to refine your technique or learn new climbing skills, our classes offer great value for the time and personalized attention you'll receive.
Please note that classes require a minimum of 3 participants to run. If the class does not meet this minimum, we will either defer the class to a later date or provide a full refund upon request. We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience, so we’re here to make sure you're taken care of!
What's the cancellation policy?
To secure your spot, full payment is required at the time of reservation.
If you find that you are unable to attend your scheduled program and notify us at least 30 days prior to the course start, we are happy to offer the option to defer your enrollment to a later date with no penalty.
For cancellations made outside of 30 days, you may still request a refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
If you are unable to attend after the 30-day window, we will make every effort to fill your spot. If we’re able to do so, you’ll have the option to defer your enrollment to a future program. However, if we cannot fill the seat, the tuition will be forfeited.
We strive to be as flexible as possible and appreciate your understanding of our policy.
What happens if it rains?
The Southeast Region has ever-changing weather forecasts. Your Guide diligently checks conditions leading up to every outing. Please assume the class is running unless you hear from your guide prior to class. Keep in mind that decisions based on weather may also be made the morning of class. Be sure to arrive prepared for all weather conditions, with the gear outlined for this class. We believe it’s possible to have fun outside in most conditions, so please note that cool temps or rainy weather will not result in an automatic cancellation of your event.
